Harry Styles Love on Tour
We’ll always remember 2023 as the year concerts returned to Slane Castle after an unavoidable gap. 80,000 enthusiastic fans turned up to see their idol Harry Styles and he didn’t disappoint. It was a wonderful gig, the former One Direction singer owning the stage and holding the vast audience in the palm of his hand. It was a sea of pink and neon with a plethora of feather boas adorning the mainly female crowd.
Lord Henry was there to oversee the return of gigs to his beloved Castle. Bono didn’t miss the chance to see his son Elijah Hewson take the stage with Inhaler as one of the support acts. The smiling Earl and Countess, Alex and Carina Mount Charles, surveyed the scene with contentment. Slane Castle was back with a bang, consolidating its position as an iconic concert venue for the world’s biggest stars.
The support acts were indie rockers Wet Leg, Inhaler, DJ Annie Mac and Harry Styles guitarist Mitch Rowland.
