We’re thrilled to announce that Alex and Carina Conyngham have been selected as finalists in the Food&Wine Magazine Restaurant Awards. It’s in the Innovator of the Year category. These aren’t awards that accept entries, the finalists are selected by a panel of judges.
The overall winner will be announced at a gala dinner in The Shelbourne Hotel, Dublin on Sunday 7th November. What a lovely location.
The aim of the awards is to pay tribute to the Irish food and drink sector after a very stressful and traumatic time. The judging panel is nine strong and is chaired by Gillian Nelis who is the editor of Food&Wine and a respected food writer and critic. It’s a heavy duty team of chefs, food writers, bloggers and management consultants. They have a tough job ahead, but we’ve got our fingers crossed that we’ll come out top of the pile.
