Boyne Music Festival – Opening Night Pre-Concert Dinner at Slane Castle

Prior to the evening concert on July 24th in the iconic Ballroom of Slane Castle, the BMF welcomes guests to an elegant dinner in the Gandon Room at 6pm. The 4-course set meal will be an opportunity to experience fine local cuisine in a unique historic setting. Tickets to the evening concert must be booked separately through the BMF website. • The menu is a set 4-course including starter, soup, main course & dessert:
Entrée: Rock Farm Organic Beetroot & Boyne Valley Bán Cheese Salad w/
Baby Leaves, Walnuts & House-made Dressing
Soup: Organic Rock Farm Vegetable Soup w/ Roasted Garlic Butter & Soda Bread
Main Course: Rock Farm Organic Dexter Beef Sirloin w/ Creamy Mashed Potato, Roasted Carrots, Tenderstem Broccoli & Gravy
Dessert: Chocolate Fondant w/ Slane Whiskey Cream & Mango & Passionfruit Coulis
• Any dietary requirements must be confirmed at time of booking (you will be prompted to do so post payment). An alternative vegetarian/vegan option will be prepared for the number of vegetarian/vegan advised in advance.
• Seating is limited to 60 guests and early booking is recommended.
• Dinner will begin at 6pm sharp to ensure there is no delay to the concert beginning at 8pm so please arrive a minimum of 10 minutes beforehand.
• All wine and drink purchases on the night are charged separately and must be settled in full at the end of service.
• Bookings are limited so you may be seated at a table with other parties. Early booking is advisable.
• Ample parking is available in the Slane visitor car park and overflow car park.
• There are limited services available in Slane village so please make sure all taxis are prebooked.
• All bookings are purchased on a non-refundable and non-transferable basis in accordance with these terms and conditions and cover a 4-course set meal at 6pm prior to the concert on Friday July 26th 2024.
• Changes to the cancellations and refunds policy can only be made at the absolute discretion of Slane Castle Ltd.
• SLANE CASTLE LTD accepts no liability for any loss, travel expenses or any other out of pocket expenses incurred by a visitor for whatever reason as a result of a event cancellation.
