Private Guided Tours of Slane Castle
Guests can enjoy an informative private tour of the Castle which was built in 1785 and principally the work of three famous architects; James Wyatt, James Gandon & Francis Johnston.
Tour Duration: 1 Hour
Pricing: €150 for up 6 guests (minimum flat fee), with the 7th guest & above at the reduced rate of €12.50 per person.
Max per tour: 25 people
Booking: Private groups must pre-book 1 week in advance. Subject to tour guide availability.
St. Erc’s Hermitage Walk
Slane and its environs are rich in early Christian heritage and Slane Castle Estate conceals many treasures within its 1500 acres. One of these is St. Erc’s Hermitage and a special public guided Heritage Walk is only available during Heritage Week
