The Gandon Room Restaurant offers a dining experience you will not forget. Named after one of the principle Architects of the Castle James Gandon, you will feel you have arrived into a very special place indeed.

Guests will enter through the Castle Courtyard and arrive in our relaxed and elegant reception area which adjoins the Gandon Room.
We offer the very best of modern Irish cuisine always using the very best local and seasonal produce. A selection of vegetarian options are available.

Private Hire or Weekends
Available for private hire throughout the week and open to all on the weekend the restaurant offers an extensive menu, with a carefully chosen wine list.
The menus are designed by Fitzers Director Leonard Fearon, group executive Head Chef of Fitzers Catering Limited and all meals are prepared and cooked by his team in the Castle Kitchen along with his dedicated Head Chef Catherine James Budriene.
